Toronto’s occult black metal entity Sortilegia unleash “Pestilent Black Sorcery” through Vault Of Dried Bones. Featuring members of Sylvus and Thantifaxath, the two piece have invoked a raw demo soaking with hypnotic riffs, dismal screams and pounding drums. Lacking only the scent of blood and burning wax of their live rituals, “Pestilent Black Sorcery” is conjured with memorable and entrancing song writing and lends much anticipation for a full-length album. Clocking in at twenty-nine minutes, the three track demo is available once again, now on pro black cassette with a one-sided four panel j-card, limited to 200 copies.
