Customers worldwide pay USD through PayPal.

A PayPal fee is calculated at checkout (5% of total).

SHIPPING

We drop off shipments at the post office once a week.

If you're country is not listed in the shipping options, we no longer ship there due to packages going missing or because of the lack of a tracking option.
This includes all countries in South America, the United Kingdom, the African continent, the Middle East and most of Asia.

CANADA — customers will receive their shipment through Chit Chats / Canada Post.
3-14 business days with tracking.

UNITED STATES — customers will receive their shipment through USPS.
2-10 business days with tracking.

INTERNATIONAL — customers will receive their shipment either through Asendia, Polimex International or USPS, which ever is the less expensive option.
4-32 business days. Most countries receive a tracking and insurance option, some known exceptions are Russia, Greece, and Sri Lanka.

In rare instances, the actual shipping rate can be higher than the shipping rates in our calculator.
Customers will be notified of the increase where they can choose to pay the difference or receive a full refund.

Sometimes, the actual shipping rate is lower than the shipping rates in our calculator and the customer receives a partial shipping rate refund, even if it's a difference of $3.

ESTIMATED POSTAL DELIVERY TIMES

THERE COULD BE DELAYS WITH THE STANDARD SHIPPING TIMES DUE TO CIRCUMSTANCES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email from us a few days after the next scheduled shipping day.

VAULT OF DRIED BONES is NOT responsible for lost or damaged orders.

All shipping receipts are dated/stamped by Canada Post / USPS / Ascendia and are documented as proof of the shipment.

We do not accept returns unless we've shipped you the incorrect item.
